Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you buy from LifeWise. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day change-of-mind returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if you've changed your mind. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are not refundable.

Items we can't accept for change of mind

For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as shavers) that have been opened or used can't be returned for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and we'll cover the cost of return postage.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match an unexpected parcel to your order.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend using a tracked postage service.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different colour or size, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
