Where we ship

We ship across Australia, and to international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. You'll always see the full shipping cost before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by product and destination, and the delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout. Some items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email straight after you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also view your orders by signing in to your account.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs unless stated at checkout.

Address details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
