These terms apply when you visit or buy from the LifeWise. online store (the "Store"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

The Store is operated by LifeWise, an Australian business. The Store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform and checkout.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in packaging or design can occur. If a product isn't as described, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We don't store your full card details.

7. Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can only be used as described in the offer, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

9. Using products safely

Please read and follow any instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with a product, and use products only for their intended purpose.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or products bought from it.
